What if I'm not a full-time creator?
WindSpark is optimized for makers with busy lives. Challenges average 18 minutes, can be scheduled to match your energy, and streak forgiveness keeps you on track without guilt.
Can I import existing projects?
Yes. WindSpark Studio lets you bring in drafts from Figma, Notion, Procreate, or raw video/audio files. We generate moodboards and accountability checkpoints automatically.
What's included in the free tier?
The free tier includes 1 daily challenge, 2 skips in the main flow, ability to select 5 categories simultaneously, access to 2 circles, and basic streak tracking. It's designed to give you a full experience of WindSpark's core features.
What do I get with WindSpark Plus?
More flexibility and momentum: 2 daily challenges, 3 skips when you need them, up to 10 categories at once, and 3 active circles. Ideal if you create several times a week and want options without friction.
What's the difference between WindSpark Plus and WindSpark Studio?
WindSpark Plus offers 2 daily challenges, 3 skips, 10 categories, and 3 circles. WindSpark Studio provides 5 daily challenges, 5 skips, 15 categories, and 5 circles. WindSpark Studio is designed for power creators and community leaders who use WindSpark intensively with higher AI generation and moderation costs.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences. You can also cancel anytime with no long-term commitments.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always preserved. When downgrading, you'll retain access to your history and circles, but some features may be limited based on your new tier. We'll clearly communicate any limitations before you confirm the change.
How do refunds and cancellations work?
Purchases are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You can cancel anytime in your store subscriptions. Refunds follow store policies; for issues, contact store support or email sparksupport@freeskycom.com and we'll help.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The prices shown are exactly what you'll pay monthly. No setup fees, no cancellation fees, no surprise charges. What you see is what you get.
How does the skip system work?
Skips allow you to pass on a challenge if it doesn't resonate with you. Free tier gets 2 skips in the main flow, WindSpark Plus gets 3, and WindSpark Studio gets 5. Skips reset daily and help maintain your streak even when a particular challenge isn't your style.
What payment methods are supported?
Subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment methods supported by your store (e.g., Apple Pay, cards, carrier billing) are available depending on your region and device.
How are daily challenges generated?
Challenges are generated based on your selected categories, then saved to your history. We avoid repeating recent titles and can generate hints to help you complete them.
How does moderation keep WindSpark safe?
We combine automated checks (Sightengine for images, on-device or server transcription for audio, and text screening) with thresholds tuned for safety. Users can flag content; flags are reviewed and repeated violations can limit visibility.
